However, any comments, feedback, notes, messages, ideas, suggestions, or other communications sent to Align Pilates shall be and remain the exclusive property of Align Pilates. Your submission of any such Comments shall constitute an assignment to Align Pilates of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Comments. Align Pilates will be entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, publish and distribute any material you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way.
For this reason, we ask that you not send us any comments that you do not wish to assign to us, including any confidential information or any original creative materials such as stories, product ideas, computer code or original artwork.
The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to any ALIGN PILATES gift card originally purchased. By purchasing an ALIGN PILATES Gift Card, accepting and retaining an ALIGN PILATES Gift Card or using an ALIGN PILATES Gift Card, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. ALIGN PILATES reserves the right to change, amend or terminate the Terms and Conditions of the ALIGN PILATES Gift Card program at any time with or without notice in our sole discretion.
You may use the ALIGN PILATES Gift Card only to purchase eligible merchandise and pay for services at any ALIGN PILATES DMCC
ALIGN PILATES Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.
You may not return, resell, or use any ALIGN PILATES Gift Card for any unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes.
The ALIGN PILATES Gift Card has no expiration date, service charges or dormancy fees.
Protect your ALIGN PILATES Gift Card as if it were cash and safeguard the ALIGN PILATES Gift Card from unauthorized use. Except where required by applicable law, neither Issuer nor ALIGN PILATES is responsible for and will not replace ALIGN PILATES Gift Cards if lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.
Issuer and/or ALIGN PILATES reserves the right in its discretion to suspend or terminate use of any ALIGN PILATES Gift Card if Issuer or ALIGN PILATES suspects any fraud or misuse of an ALIGN PILATES Gift Card. Issuer or ALIGN PILATES may cancel the ALIGN PILATES Gift Card at any time, without notice.
The consideration paid for the ALIGN PILATES Gift Card, including any unredeemed balances, is the property of the Issuer.
Subject to applicable law, ALIGN PILATES and Issuer make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the ALIGN PILATES Gift Cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the use of the Site and the Terms of Use, without regards to conflict of laws principals. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
If any one or more of the provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall be for any reason whatsoever held invalid, then such provisions shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions of these Terms & Conditions.
Except as specifically stated otherwise, these Terms & Conditions set forth the entire understanding relating to the subject matter hereof, and all prior understandings, written or oral, are superseded by these Terms & Conditions.

A ALIGN PILATES member that has made an appointment for a session may cancel or change the time of the session provided that a minimum of 6-hours’ notice is given. You can make these changes via the App, or by contacting your us directly. Members will be charged for the full cost of the session on any late cancellations or no-show appointments.
Payment for sessions is required to be made by the member on or before the date of the session. We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard in AED for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction. Interpretation. These Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed in these Terms of Use. In addition, charges for sessions which are used by a member but not otherwise paid for will be charged to the member’s credit card on the day the session is used.
ALIGN PILATES may offer discounts on sessions to members who purchase a package of sessions. These discounts only apply to the number of sessions purchased as a group. Any further or additional sessions will be charged at the regular rate then in effect for individual sessions.
All sales are final. All Sessions and classes have expiration dates, please refer to your expiration dates on your Simplybook.me account.
